The parts to be coated must be clean and free of all oils,
grease, moisture, dust, scale or corrosion. Sand blast with 120 grit aluminum
oxide or similar.

Use an airbrush or detail touch-up spray gun with a 1 mm or
smaller tip, to apply the coating. Continuously agitate the coating while in the
spray gun.

This coating should be applied at temperatures above 75° F.
at about 20 to 30 psi. for best results.
•
Spray the coating in all hard to reach areas first. Spray a
light tack coat first then a thin wet coat can then be applied. Your finished
cured coating thickness should be about .001”.

Inspect part for complete coverage. Part should be glossy wet
without runs or sags.
•
Allow coating to dry to the touch, normally the part may be
put in service after 8 to 12 hours. Full cure time depends on temperature and
humidity, from 1 to 4 days.
